All services down, spent two hours on my cell phone trying to solve issue. Getting the run around and being told no one can fix or find the problem till saturday. When I ask to speak with a supervisor I'm put on hold for 35 minutes til another rep picks up. I have yet to speak with a supervisor. My cell phone bil is going to be high because the house phone is out and the reps at com cast refuse to put me through to someone that can help.
