Monday January 4th I contacted DIRECTV for service @ a new location. The individual was very helpful and set up the installation for Wed. January 13th, I advised I had no reception for my cell phone @ the location but was assured someone would be there to install on Wed. Between the hours of 8-12. I took off a day of work for this installation as well as the internet. Tuesday January 12 I contacted DIRECTV for confirmation and was advised the installer was ill and could not make the appointment for the next day, and rescheduled for Saturday January 16th. I have called several times today regarding this installation and was told someone tried to reach me on Thursday January 14th (I have no missed calls or voice mails) to reschedule the rescheduled appointment. I am very unhappy with this customer service!!! What happened to "When it comes to customer service,
we won't settle for anything but excellence.
