I was very happy with the service I had with DirecTV. I have found the customer service people to be courteous and helpful. But the fact remains, that I am about to pay $320.00 early termination fee because the subconsultant who DirecTV uses for installation in the area where I moved will not "leave the ground" and the apt. Complex only allows roof top installation. Am I crazy or is this just the worst trap out there? I will pay the $320.00 but they have lost a previous happy customer for life and I play to tell everyone I know what I think about them.
