Scheduled HDTV upgrade from DirecTV (to be performed by Halstead Communications) for 12/20. Weather prevented installation. Never contacted by company. Called on Monday, told 1/12 would be first available. Ridiculous! I understand being bumped for weather-related problems; however, NOT bumped to the END of the INSTALLATION schedule!!! Five phone calls to DirecTV and Halstead Communications have done nothing but frustrate me. Comcast, here I come...
DirecTV, do an Internet search for Halstead Communications, DirecTV, and complaints... It should make you WANT to take action.
