I have to pay to have their equipment fixed

I had been in the beginning pleased to get Immediate TV and my encounter transpired from there. I currently discover that my Hi-Def (that weam billed an additional 10 bucks per month for) fails and I'm likely to spend to possess THEIR gear mounted. They never explained this after I registered. Why must I spend to repair anything I don't possess? It is poor enough I've to pay for large rental costs for that gear every month, but to pay for to repair it also? That is unreal. We require option of this type. There is nowhere to-go since Comcast is a whole lot worse.
