We have been An Immediate TV client for over 5 years. Began obtaining a really frustrating pixelation followed closely by missing of audio 2 weeks before. We have created 3 efforts to obtain Immediate TV to assist us. First they refused it had been An Immediate TV issue. Then they set me through 45 units of "screening", explained they'd emerge and examine the machine to get a $49 support phone, after which they disconnected the call when it became obvious the TiVo DVR was to blame. Last time we spoke for them we would done some analysis on TiVo problems which is very obvious the TiVo receiver is shot. We named Direct TV, whom we have been spending regular for that equipment, and were informed that by 2006 we turned the homeowners of the equipment. Good. However they don't restore the gear consequently, and might just substitute it having a new DVR if we closed another 2-year agreement. Today our choices are to stop Direct TV altogether, or spend anyone to restore what-even Primary TV known as an "aged and obsolete" TiVo device. We are tired of coping with a business that does not worry about client maintenance or support. And when we possess this gear, why are we spending exactly the same cost we used-to spend each month whenever we were hiring the equipment from DTV? We are eliminating the support and choosing FIOS.
