Like another user, we posted a money order on installation. This wasn't put into the account for months later, and we were charged late fees for it. Our service is consistently slow, ping times are terrible, and we have issues with packet loss as well. DirecPath 's level 1 Technical Support is a joke. I've never gotten a helpful syllable from them, much less have they ever solved a problem. They've left my ENTIRE complex down for 5 days without any explanation. There's simply not anything DirecPath could do more wrong in my opinion.
