I have opened up several level1 tickets by calling the 1800 number but they never go anywhere and they don't take enough information for the tier 2 engineers to determine the problem.in the hopes that the bandwidth and traffic shaping problems will be fixed I am attaching a ping and traceroute from my complex to yahoo showing that once the packet leaves my modem the latency goes through the roof at every hop in the direcpath network.
