DirecTV has lied to me repeatedly. From day-one once the telemarketer with DIRECTSTARTV named to provide me support towards the last contact I'd with this specific organization only lies. About the preliminary phone I was guaranteed regional stations that we couldn't get using the existing satellite organization I'd, and so I closed a-2 year contract. Well, you know what, following the preliminary installment, I named customer support since I really could not access my local stations. Subsequently and just subsequently was I told I really could not get local stations. I had been guaranteed HBO & Cinemax free for a few months. It had been stop after 2 weeks & just repaired for just one more month following a large amount of wrangling together. Then after 2 1/2 decades, I decided I'd enough garbage out of this organization disconnected my support & returned towards the unique organization I'd. I obtained not just one but two claims from DirecTV displaying a credit stability for $43.04 since I'd overpaid them. After I obtained my reimbursement check it had been for 33.04!! This $10.00 challenge is however to become solved. I've created the BBB & DirecTV Headquarters. No reply in the BBB however. The corporation is just a rip off. Do not conduct business together. THEY'RE CRIMINALS! I'd prefer to understand where my $10 went.
