I also am having difficulties with Directv Inc. I began their support, in April of 08. Once the specialist turned up to set up only section of my purchase was below. He just mounted one-line to the HD-DVR package also it never could report. He took our satellite dish from previous organization. He never had me sign the agreement. I named, I've created I get no-where. I terminated the support and returned to Meal, that they have already been excellent. I'm currently being charged for early termination with directv plus they are not displaying the partial pmt I settled about the evening I began support together. I appear to get nowhere. I've sent, named, created towards the only tackle they provide. Nothing. I simply get another statement for that same quantity. I'd support for 3 times. The support totally ceased focusing on the Next evening plus they explained it'd be 14 days before somebody might emerge to correct. Poor customer support.
