Four weeks lacking DIRECTV providers, among the 3 containers quit displaying all stations having a concept remaining that it might not get sign (concept signal 771). After I examine my different TV’s with containers these were operating properly. I named DIRECTV to protest concerning the concept on my cable package and tell them how all of the stations were operating. The support technology had wandered me through some actions to complete. After he explained to drive the red reset switch my Television blacked-out totally and there is no image displaying on any stations. I named DIRECTV 24 hours later to talk to a manger and was informed that since I have never bought extra insurance for that container which my 3-month guarantee was over that I should spend the $50 to get a support technology ahead out to repair the issue. I advised the supervisor that I registered online also it was my very first time reading of some insurance safety arrange for one more price, plus I had been currently spending $4.99 for every container with DIRECTV. I think it is peculiar the 4th month with DIRECTV, I end up getting issues with their gear they wish to cost me due to their so-call 3-month guarantee had simply terminated. I had been also informed when I attempt to get free from the contract that I'd be billed $350. Watch out for directv fraud.
