I registered to get a verizon/directv pack for telephone, internet, meal (u all understand the offers) and AFTER getting a verification for installment notice within the email I waited the 10 times it had been designed to consider them ahead out. On stated evening, they never confirmed and so I named to determine exactly what the offer was. Apparantly somebody who had our telephone number before (recall this can be a new quantity given to us by verizon times before) plus some prior client called Tim (Tim who hmm? I understand NO Timis!) owes directv a stability of 200approximately. I request, how is the fact that my problem. Of program no reasonable or sensible solution, BUT WHEN I'd prefer to spend this Tim's statement, they'd be happy in the future hook us up. I say WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY SOMEONE ELSES STATEMENT? It wasnt my issue ol Andrew didnt spend up. I let them know, NO i won't spend, ive never had directv in my own life. We don't have any meal of theirs, gear or prior bill... Why oh why do I have to pay of Andrew's errors? They've no solutions possibly, they simply need their cash. Therefore to these directv customer solutions people, I-say I WORK-IN A PERSON SERVICE WORKPLACE... I dont need to hear your reasons i'd like outcomes!
