I am spending a regular maint. Charge... Support failed 5/30... Called DIRECTV... Put up apptmt for 5/31... Technology arrived and altered meal... Support failed again that evening... Called DIRECTV 6 more times seeking a boss... Was informed my problem was JUST IN CASE ADMINISTRATION, and they might contact me... No body named... Called agin five times&identical story... Called again today, 6/21... Same story&under CIRCUMSTANCE ADMINISTRATION & somebody will-call me... I can't spend my morning waiting on telephone calls that never come! DIRECTV service hurts!
