Worst practices - nightmare

We registered for that Verizon/directv triple-play. It had been a headache! The Directv technicain wouldn't deploy the meal on my top becuase he explained it'd subsequently flow. He charged $80.00 to set up a meal in my own yard... Created out to him! He also didn't possess a DVR radio with him and stated I he'd need to punch holes in my own surfaces to set up it. He'd the more costly HD recevier in his hand. After I named to stop the support - within 48-hours - a called Anthony stated he'd deliver me a $400.00 expenses for early cancellation declaring the conditions were twenty four hours for termination. (not the case!) He hung on me after I requested to talk to his manager, after declaring he didn't possess a chef. Verizon also had its play within this chaos. They might not provide the providers they guaranteed - it had been a baitandswitch. Verizon also didn't spend Directv because they had guaranteed. That'll be my next criticism.
