I called to stop service. Provided free update to HD... Chose to stay. Specialist arrived... Mentioned incorrect work order... Required a HD DVR... Work-order outlined a HD radio only.informed them never mind... Person on phone said no issue... Can get you the DVR as guaranteed. Specialist quit... HD stations didn't function... Called to complain... Told it'd be 14 days... Said no. Delivered a statement for $200 (for HD-DVR) and $480 for termination... (never decided, never determined). Charged to my charge card... (never advised). Problematic deal... Money returned... DirecTV pissed. Delivered notice to DirecTV informing them to get their garbage under procedures of the Tx 3-day customer stop plan... Named BBB... Named AG. Delivered mail to Ellen Filipak (VP of DirectV customer support)...
