Specialist took notebook, and quit without finishing the installment, no paperwork closed. Directv will not take liability for that contractors steps but delivered another specialist out to complete his work. Authorities cant do something since i didn't actually observe him go. It had been there when he arrived and eliminated with him when he quit. Customers beware!!!
