Took money without ever even installing equiptment

I'd been a directv client for 7 years once they approached me about July or September to speak about improving my gear. I told them I had beennot going to spend something for brand new gear once they wouldnot and-or could not create it out to correct the issues I was presently having (my upstairs recipient wouldnot work-unless the downstairs recipient was switched on) which I was spending a regular charge of $5.99 for this safety strategy. They apologized and finally wanted to update us to (1) DVR-HD & (1) HD reciever FREE OF CHARGE in addition to a credit of free quality stations for the trouble, I decided! A few technitions found my home about the planned installation day-but DIDN'T APPEAR FOR AN INSTALLMENT, their work-order was to get a house-call just therefore did not possess the required equiptment to set up our new support, they would't also continue the top to check on the issue I had been having. They named the Directv workplace to stop that phone and had me re schedule a demand "update deploy" the following week. While that technology arrived he informed us that people had way too many bushes for an HD program. He informed us the satellite for HD was in a reduced orbit compared to one for normal support and thus HE DID NOT UPDATE US POSSIBLY!

We chose to alter and opt for Comcast

Directv had billed us FOR 2 new methods and, along side delivery & managing, but had informed people they'd credit our consideration and deliver your final statement. Later I obtained a phone from payment so when I called back and talked to "Zack" he explained to not fear... He'd look after anything which I'dnot have a sum due due to all the issues I'd undergone.

On Oct 2 I recognized Directv had billed my charge card $423.16 for my ultimate statement, a cost I DID SO NOT AGREE, and so I named to obtain things straightened out. I talked to some woman called Loretta who explained that sadly she could not do something concerning the cash TAKEN from my consideration and they might deliver me a reimbursement in 6-8 MONTHS. I informed her which was UNDESIRABLE which I'd contact, create and protest to EVERYBODY that I really could when the resources were not delivered by Mon Oct 4. As of this publishing NOTHING continues to be delivered.

To review, I decided to A TOTALLY FREE Directv update that I NEVER GOT plus they charged me for this anyhow and today WOn't provide me the cash (credit my card) they took from me for 6-8 months.
