A cingular ly frustrating and infuriating experience!
I don't recommend this company at all as its customer service is so bad you feel like you've stepped into Robot Land with everyone telling you exactly what the last person said without anyone listening to what you are saying to them.
I was so mislead when I ordered my wireless internet service that my first bill was $640.40!!! And they had the nerve to only want to refund $250.00. This went on for a whole month until I got someone with a heart finally and only got her attention I feel because I was in tears and told her that I felt raped by her company... Honestly never had a worse cusomer experience in my entire 52 years on the planet.
Stay away from this multi million dollar monster with no heart!
