Cingular Wireless is a horrible, horrible company. I can not get many of my calls. Sometimes they go through, sometimes they don't.
When I call customer service they try to call me. I go through about 4 layers of "support" until one of them tries calling me, gets lucky and goes through and tells me that there is no problem.
The last time I went through all of this it made it to tech support, who couldn't help me because "their call didn't go through".
I don't know if it is through incompetence or apathy, but my experience has been horrible. I've never really complained about anything before, but I have been telling everyone I know how horrible their service is. I don't know if I've had an effect, but I appreciate this forum.
I have had HORRIBLE experiences with Cingular Wireless. I'm pretty easy going, but 4 months of horrible phone service is enough.
Cingular Wireless has given me horrible service. Thank you for this opportunity to share.
