Very disappointed in their service. While I was on the phone, the technician called and because I couldn't switch over (I was on a business call) the technician cancelled the service call. The technician left no message asking me to call back or the call would be cancelled or left a message to indicate the call was cancelled. I sat around the next hour and a half waiting for the appointment that never came. I called BrightHouse and rescheduled for tomorrow. I told them to put a "Do NOT call first" note in with the ticket and will see how that works. They also need more support personnel, as i had to wait four or five minutes before somebody finally picked up.
