I had an appointment today between 8 and 12. The technician was supposed to call me before arriving. At 8:30 i went to change my daughter and while i was in the other room the technician came to my door. I know you are thinking that this is a good thing and i would agree except that the technician didn`t ring the door bell or call me on the phone so i had no idea that he/she was even here until i went outside a few minutes later and saw a note on my door. It is now 2:45pm and after talking to a&e 2 more times and being assured that my business and time are valued and that the technician would call me back i have heard nothing from the a&e technician or the a&e office. A&e sucks!!!
