My appointment to come rehook up my phone. Computer and TV was on 09/11 between 11:00 and 12:00. I was told that they would call me a half hour before they came. At 12:15 I called because they had not called or come. I was told that the ticket had been closed and that the technician had done the work. They had not come and rehooked up anything. They submitted another ticket and I was told that someone would call and be here by 5:00. I called around 3:00 to verify and they told me again that someone would call and be here by 5:00. When they didn't call or come I called back and was told that they would call and be here by 9:00. I called again a little after 7:00 and was told that the ticket was still open and that definately someone would call and come by 9:00. I called at 10:00 when no one called or came and was told that they were not coming but would come between 8:00 and 9:00 the next morning and would call first. At a little after 9:00 no one had called or come so I called again and was told that someone would call me within an hour. No one called or came by. I called again and was told that no one could come and someone would come on Saturday. I explained that this was unacceptable and that and that I had work today and had already missed half a day the day before and 3 hours so far today (9/12). I was finally put through to a Supervisor who told me no one could come. I sternly let him know that was unacceptable and that someone had to come today. He finally put me through to level 5. They told me someone would come between 1:00 and 5:00. Everyone I spoke to during the past 6 weeks about this appointment I had given my cell phone number to yet when the technician showed up at 3:00 they had given him my old cell phone number, my home number which needed to be hooked up and my work number. Finally after 28 hours and MANY calls to customer service my services were hooked up. All I got for the 12 hours of work I missed, the 28 hours I waited, and all the trouble and stress it caused me plus all the cell phone minutes I used having to call customer service (All the calls were 20 minutes or longer) I was given a credit of $14.22. I chatted with a man online and was given customer services number to call about having the $39.99 service charge waived and compensation for what I had been through and for my hours missed working. I called corporate and left a message but as of now (9/13) at 4:37 pm no one has called me back. This is unacceptable and I will file complaints with anyone and everyone that I can find to file complaints with if this issue is not resolved to my satisfaction.
