I had comcast for over three years. I have had nothing but trouble the whole time. Service in and out on all three services (cable, phone and internet). They came out several times and could never fix the problem for over a year. Also one of the techs that came out broke the ethernet connection on my laptop. They never properly fixed the computer and were awful when I asked them to pay for it, but in turn wanted to charge me extra on my bill. Ok so finally I decided to disconnect my services. I called them on March 7th so today on March 16th I recieve a bill with the last months due balance which I agree I owe. But the paper said that if I don't pay the past due balance they will discontinue my service, which I thought was already disconnected. I spoke with a rep that said yes they see where I have called but because I have a past due balance they will continue to charge me until the 18th of the month... I'm not a rocket scientist or nothing BUT ISN"T THAT WRONG??? I thought when you call to have something cut off they stop charging you that day... They are a rip-off...
