Made a Payment than they Shut Off my service two days late

I made a payment to my account on Sunday because they shut off service. I made a payment of $260 dollars and they turned on service, everything was fine. Two days later on Tuesday all my services were shut off. (My Internet, DVR, and phone.). Has anyone one else have any idea why they would shut it off 2 days after I made a payment to them? Thank You
