Got charged for movies by cable company I did not use. Complained to company. They stated that I did order the movies. After asking their representative what channels the movies were on it was an adult movie channel. I told them I was willing only to pay for monthly rate. I was told that they could not accept it. Cable service turned off on cable box about a month ago.
I called payment center and made monthly arrangements of $100.00 for service to be restored two days ago until this is cleared up. I gave the call communication center via e-mail with the check number was told the service would be on in an hour. Message on screen CISCO acquiring account information. Called several times. One representative typed service is on try unplugging and replugging cable. Called two additional times, these representatives stated they have no record of arrangements of payment of $100.00.
Today a Time Warner cable representative came to get cable box stating He had no record of payment of $100.00. He stated I needed to pay 172.56 to get service restored which would get rid of message CISCO acquiring account information. I gave him a check for 172.56 and voided copy of check before him of $100.00 while he was standing there. He stated the service would be on in 1 hr. It is 1:51 am the next morning the cable service is still not on through the cable box. Still receiving a message on the screen CISCO acquiring account information.
