I made a payment on my account. The next day there was another charge to my account for $30. I did NOT authorize a separate/another payment. Not to mention I logged into my account and there was no payment registered for the extra $30. I called CustSvc and the lady, reading from a script, took my information and told me they would call me back in 5-8 business days!
I understand that $30 is not a lot but what worries and angers me more than anything is that they can take money out of my account without my permission of any amount they want! There HAS to be something that can be done about this!
