Flight to las vegas

I have called twice for help in booking a flight and 2 reps hanged up on me after waiting 20 mins per call.

I told them that i can not confirm this flight on line and they told me there is a fee of $30.00 to book it on the phone.

I told them that i book by flights on line and there is a problem with your page to confirm and they did not care and hanged up on me.
