To whom it may concern,
I had an unfortunate emergency/incident where i could not make my flight and it being within 24 hours of travel I was told that my flight and money i spent was forfeited. All I want is a credit to book another day very soon. I have been a loyal customer for years and it is very upsetting that I was told basically im screwed. I fly with allegiant airlines every 2 months booking 4 tickets in those months and if there is nothing you can do for me at all then I will take my business somewhere else you can look me up to see i am being truthful in being a loyal customer.
