I booked a room at the Orlando International Resort and Conference Center through Travelocity. When I checked out, BOTH the hotel and Travelocity charged me. I have contacted both companies for the last several months, and have been told over and over that it's the 'other one's' responsibility to refund my money, or that they are 'looking into it.'
Both have treated me like someone trying to con them out of their money, and there's no way after several months that I will get any of my money back. Steer clear of this horribly dirty and run-down hotel, and be wary of Travelocity - can you afford to pay for your hotel stay twice?
