My wife and I booked a trip to Los Cabos through Travelocity.
Once we arrived at the hotel Dreams we found that there was ongoing construction at the pool.
We contacted Travelocity, believing that they guarantee the hotel to be free from construction, unless previosly notifying the customer.
They booked us a new hotel room at a different hotel.
We traveling Dec 3 - 7 of 2007 and as of today 02/04 we have not received a refund for the first hotel, which we did not stay at.
I have emailed, faxed, phoned, and FedExed information from December 3rd forward and still have no refund.
They continue to say they are working on it.
