To date I have NO acknowledgement from company. Phone message says they are "an on-line company only"—to e-mail them. They either DON'T answer my e-mails at all, answer with an instant AUTO ANSWER one-liner, or with a GENERIC MESSAGE, "Got your message, will get back..." HA! They ignore faxes totally! And I'm supposed to pay THIS company the full amount of the vacation in advance of my trip???
