I purchased multiple vacations from cancun travel unlimited about a year ago. I wanted to book a trip for this year and i call to book it. Then they tell me that i must be 23 years of age to use this vacation where my terms and conditions say 21 when i first bought this package. So me and my husband was like ok, well we'll just take a different one and get our moneys worth. So we book it and call back to confirm our reservation and the lady tells us there is more fees after my husband repeatedly asked the previous representative multilpe times if there was and he replied no.
Now my husband is on hold and trying to get a refund for our money where we just booked today but they have already hung up on him once and now hes been on hold for the second time for about one hour. To beat it all this company has multiple websites and they keep changing their name and there conditions. I believe they should refund my money for the vacation packages that i bought and the money that we just spent on booking because they lied to us and changed the terms and conditions on the agreement.
