Capital Vacations went ahead and charged my account even after I cancelled their free trial. I received a letter on Aug 21, saying my free trial expired on Aug 19. Obviously they mailed it late so I wouldn't be able to cancel. But I did anyway through phone. And I also send the letter and booklet back priority mail. I want my money back.
