Vacation Specialist Sold me a vacation package. Phone numbers and email are faulty. Contacted them right after purchase for a receipt and never heard back since

I purchased a vacation package from Paul Grembowicz. I left a message because I needed a receipt and he returned my call and said it would be in the mail. Never received the receipt and now the number is a busy signal and no returns on email. My husband was the one that thought it my be a fraud because of the bad brochure and business card, otherwise I would not have even tried to contact them. Definately a fraud.
