Ripoff took money of my account without written permission ripoff

First let me specify that english isn't my mother language.

In the month of February I had a popup that said I had to call a certain number as I was the winner of a trip with this agency, here is what it said:
" You are today's winner!

You have won a $2100 Travel Shopping Spree.
Your confirmation number is 5446.
Celebrating our 12th Anniversary.
Call within the next 4 minutes and you will also receive a 4 day/3 night Bahamas Cruise.

Outside US Call: 0011-407-756-1259
Bonus! Win 6 days in the Caribbean Bahamas!"
And it also said: "Today's Randomly Selected Visitor".

So I called, I said I didn't speack well english and I passed a friend of mine who speaks well english to the operator as to speack for me.

I told my friend to ask if it was really free (and he did this many times, the answer he got was something like "yes, and/but..."), he also asked why did the company need my credit card number as it is supposed to be free, and what the operator said was "because we need to put your money on it".

This operator passed our call to another operator and we had a chat for about 30 minutes (most of the time it was me who was paying the phone: $ 25 in total).in addition, as it was an unexpected expense, I went in red, and I had taxes to pay to my bank.

Sometimes later I receive a letter saying I had paid something. So I contact the customer service as to have information on why money has being deducted when it was supposed to be added, many times via mail (the 6,13, 21 March), and all I got was an autoreply-email saying they will answer soon to my request.

Finally the 23rd March, I receive a mail from Nicole Robertson (Customer Service & Fulfillment Center, Calypso Cay Resort), saying:
"Mrs. XXX,
Please follow terms and conditions for canceling your vacation package. I have attached a copy of terms and conditions to this e-mail
Thank you"

She totally ignored my questions on why the trip wasn't free, as it was supposed to be.

She ignores up to 8 emails from me with questions on when I will get refound as the trip is free and on how to cancel if it isn't (as the dates were passed by then).

The only other answer I got is:
"Mrs. XXX
You have had access to your terms and conditions for this package since 2/10/06. If you have read the terms and conditions you had until 3/10/06 to cancel your package. You did not have to contact us at all to cancel this package; all you had to do was mail package back to us and include a letter stating you wanted to cancel. However your timeframe for cancellation has passed. I have included with this e-mail transfer forms for your convenience and an additional copy of terms and conditions. Due to timeframe you are not eligible for refund. Please contact us when you're ready to travel.

The dates are wrong in this email.

What Am I supposed to do now that they make all the time pass by? Help me please, they took $ 950 from me.
And I haven't given written authorization, and it has allways being asked if I had to pay something... How can they do such things?
