Even Connect took our money for several hotel rooms in December - The day before our arrival to the hotel and the rooms were cancelled and we had to reserve and pay for rooms all over again.
We filled a report with the BBB - but Event Connect never responded to the report - they do not answer the phone and in December we actually went to the building address and the lights were off - We think they anticipated our visit. The ownership of the company should be thrown in Jail - They are stealing from several companies. We are not alone!
Love this site - I will now check every company via this site in the future!
