I am very disappointed with priceline

I've utilized priceline.com often before to guide motel rooms. Nowadays I chose to attempt arranging a rental vehicle. Throughout the scheduling procedure a advertising got up declaring "go here to save $50 in your rental". I visited about the charge card software and requested the card and that I was authorized. Normally I had been pleased to save $50 on my rental. After I finished the purchase there is no $50 credit put on my purchase. I named customer support (that will be in Mexico) and talked to some consultant. I had been informed that sadly the web site doesn't usually mention the right credit card present which I had a need to make an application for the annual charge card. I discussed that I'd previously utilized and was authorized for that number-yearly charge card and there is nothing on the present that suggested that I had a need to make an application for the annual charge card. I requested to become used in the following level-up to challenge the issue. I talked using the next degree of administration plus they were not able to assist me aswell. The only real answer they offered me was to reapply for that annual charge card. I'm really dissatisfied with priceline as well as for the $30 distinction genuinely believe that the next time I'll consider Orbitz instead. Consumer beware!!!
