I prepaid via priceline.com $228.65 for my whole stay atthe Hampton Inn from May 1 - 6. I examined of the home having a zero stability folio. Two nights later I examined my charge card and noticed the home had billed me $965.19. I named the home and talked towards the General Director who explained they didn't take part in priceline.com. I sent the GM my bill from priceline.com showing I'd prepaid for my stay which my present had certainly been approved from the home. The home has didn't credit my card back the extra $965.19. Despite repeated calls towards the home the GM has declined to problem the credit despite the fact that I've delivered him evidence that I've previously settled. That is deceptive conduct. I've also documented this issue to Hilton Corporate, my charge card organization, priceline.com and also the Attorneygeneral of Their State of Massachusetts. The home must quickly issue a credit of the fake charge. Honestly, I'm owed an apology aswell for that hours I've used attempting to have this case fixed, and of course how soured I've become to Hampton Inn generally.
