I made a reservation on www.floridashuttletransportation.com, Sat Feb 11 for service from Ft. Lauderdale to Vero beach. The website stated that the shuttle was scheduled to leave at 6pm. On Sat Feb 18 i called to confirm my reservation that morning and the manager stated that the shuttle was on time, and there were no delays. I recieve a phone call at 5pm Sat FEB 18, stating that there is no shuttle operating to Vero Beach. As a result, I was stranded in Ft. Lauderdale, and this company knowingly took money without providing a service. Below is a copy of the reservation emailed to myself:
