I would like to tell you how disappointed i am with your service. It was the first time i used your service as I just relocated to Vero Beach but will be traveling back and forth from the Northeast 2-3 times per month. I had reserved this for my daughter to come to visit for a few days and what a nightmare experience she had.
A pick up at Orlando Airport was scheduled for 12:00pm. After 2 calls she was told he would be there 12:40pm. Soon after that a man in a red sedan came and told her she was suppose to be at Denny's and the van was waiting for her. He proceeded to take her to Denny's. Once there (no van) he called and the van was at Southwest (where she had been waiting for over 1 hour). He took her back to Southwest. At 1:10pm she was finally on the van. Half way the driver had to get gas and pulled into a station but promptly left as he stated gas was too expensive and drove out of the way to get gas. 45 minutes later he pulled into a stop, my daughter asked is this my stop? He says yeah, yeah and than went into the bathroom. My daughter called her father who was waiting for her at the TA stop in Vero and asked where he was, after a few minutes he told her this is NOT your stop get the driver and find out what is going on. After 20 minutes driver emerged from the restroom. Told her she was the NEXT stop.
