Horrible!!! Do not use RoomStays.com We booked a room on the Queen Mary for our Anniversary. This is our room information that I have copied & paste from my actual email receipt:
ROOM INFORMATION
Room 1: Deluxe King Cabin
2 Adults, 0 Children
We arrived to check & and were told that we got the deluxe twin cabin. Umm excuse me I have my paperwork right here from roomstays and it says a KING bed. I was told that all the king rooms were sold out and that I needed to talk to roomstays.com. We were given the deluxe twin because it was the same price as the Deluxe King. Why would a company AKA Roomstays.com be selling rooms that are already sold out?!?!?! I will be calling them but upon seeing all the crap reviews on here I doubt I will get anything resolved. I noticed they are on BBB. If customer service does not help me out I will def. File a complaint with BBB.
