After canceling my airline booking without any explanation, the proceeded to use my credit card information to book the flight they had reported to me was being canceled. I did not find out what they had done until I received my credit card statement. I spent hours "on hold" on the phone trying to get through to someone who could or would clear this up. After contacting an attorney, they now want to call me to make a "compromise." They don't seem to have a clue: it's my credit card which has been compromised. Unauthorized use of a credit card is CREDIT CARD FRAUD.
