Yesterday I had a SHOCKING experience with CheapOair. I booked a flight and received confirmation. COMPANY sent a note asking me to verify billing telephone number with bank. I did immediately because I did not want any delay. I tried to call CheapOair several times, but they keep me on the line for ages. I spent over $100 trying to contact them from Jordan, but they do not pick up the pone, even when they do they say "sir, could u hold on a second, and they go away forever while I wait on the phone until I run out of credit, I recharge and call, recharge and call, recharge and call, in vain, and I run out of money for recharging. I send them emails and emails and I get no response, and even when I try to reach them online I get the "call the customer service" answer, and of course I get nothing!!! The other day I received a note saying my reservation has been CANCELLED because of credit verification issues, although I DID VERIFY INFORMATION WITH THE BANK and sent them an email to this effect immediately after verfification. I try calling for nothing. Now I lost the booking and I had to book another flight at A HIGHER PRICE, just because CheapOair takes the liberty to cancel reservations I THINK THINK THEY SHOULD CLOSE BUSINESS. They cost more money, more trouble, give no good service
