Ticket Still Not Released Eight Hours After Booking

I booked a ticket for my girlfriend, giving my credit card number and all data, and more than 8 hours later the ticket is still not released. This is incredible. If my card is not accepted, please let me know and I will make another booking through another site. My CheapOair.com booking number is 19681427.
