Beware - cheapoair does not honor its booking promises and overbills on customer credit cards!!!
While booking my flight, I was guaranteed traveler's insurance would be included and round-trip seating arrangements would be made. The e-ticket I received did not include traveler's insurance or seating arrangements. I tried multiple times over a two week period to contact my Cheapoair agent and Cheapoair Customer Service via telephone and internet, but received no response.
I was also overbilled on my credit card statement. Upon receiving my statement, I again emailed Cheapoair and finally received n email response... My only response... Which instructed me to fax proof of overbilling and stated that my booking did not include travelers insurance. I complied with Cheapoair's instruction and, again, asked for assistance with all of my issues. I have since been totally ignored by Cheapoair.
