This travel online service is a ripoff. They tried to charge me more than the actual cost of the ticket using the direct airline website.in addition, when I cancelled the orignal flight they added $25.00 to my credit card for NO reason. Please do not trust them they try to rush you into making a decision so that it is hard or it costs for you to change and they are not clear with communicating anything in advance. I will NEVER book an airline or any other services with them again.
