Never Book With Expedia! This past June our family booked hotel room in Billings Montana. Expedia charged us for two nights when we only booked one night. Try and resolve the problem with Expedia is a nght mare. Expedia reps put us on hold to confirm our one night stay with billings Fairfield Inn. Came back and said we staid two nights. We called direct to billings Fairfield and assistant manager said she received no call from Expedia. Thank god Fairfield was nice enough to help resolve our over charge and so was American Express. Never Again will I book thru Expedia and just for everyone, many hotel reps said too, Expedia is a bad travel booking agent. I
