Westgate
Thery told us we bought so low we could make a profit today... Fast done deal inhouse @ 16.99 percent, they told us it was real property & could re-finance/no no no!

To whom it may concern:

We were approached in a hotel lobby, if we would go on a tour of Westgate we would get breakfast & discounted tickets to Disney World & water parks... So we did. They had a limo pick us up, went on the tour & said no. Then they come back with what they said was a repo & we could buy it a price that we could make money on it if we sold it right away. We were in a hurry & they are smoooooth, got in house financing that they told us we could refinance when we got home with NO problem!

Well when we went to refinance NO ONE, banks, Credit Unions NO ONE would touch a timeshare. We were totally lied to & misrepresented. Thelending institutions allsaid you have space, NOT REAL PROPERTY like we were told! We have paid Westgatefor a yr. & are tired of the rip-off! Really... 16.9 percent. No way. How do they get away with the lies & deceitfulness!!! Total misrepresentation!!! Thank you
