Unathourized debit from my checking account for $45.00

While checking my banking account, i observed a money in my own checking account for $45.00. The electronic check withdrawl was issued to some organization "eclub us". I dont know anything about that company and sometimes even heard about them!!! Thieves are taking money from checking accounts with no homeowners agreement!
