We had to stay at this establishment due to exterminating issues at our home. This place is awfull. Why would anyone want to stay at a extended stay hotel where you have to buy your cooking equipment??? IF I would have known this I could have packed it with me. The whole purpose for staying in this type of establishment was to be able to cook for my kids while we were temporarily dislocated. Then to top it off... There were three of us and we were told that we could only get two sets of towels. What the he_ _? I guess we have too share. The room accomodates three people, so why can't we each have our own set of towels? Especially when you have paid a dollar extra a day for extra clean towels. Talk about amenities. Thats what they called the add-ons like... internet service, cooking/eating utensils, cleaning, etc... If you do not think that is interesting... They would not even provide sheets and pillows for the fold out couch bed. Then, after checking out was told "all I had to do was ask for these items". Duhhhhh. If as a mgr. You worked longer than 9am-11am than you might have known that I did ask several times. But who am I??? Just someone who you felt desperately needed a temporary place to stay. I also think that it is funny that when I left the room everything was fine and after waiting approx. 20 minutes for them to check the room; I was told that the microwave was messed up and I needed to pay $125.00 for a replacement. (makes you wonder was this done for complaining or to go in the donation jar??? In closing I would like to ask is it appropriate to put a collection jar on the counter asking for donations for your employees because the had a health incident? If that was the case me and my son need to be all over town asking for donations. Wouldn't recommend to my dog. No matter how desperat you are. And yes I have stayed at several hotels because in my line of work I traveled. So, I have encountered better accommodations.
